Research studies reveal just how much bias impacts decisions— not just on a conscious basis, but to a much greater extent, on an unconscious basis. Experts believe that the mind’s unconscious is responsible for 80% or more of thought processes. Yet the conscious mind is simply not capable of perceiving what the unconscious is thinking.
