A Bar Review for Law Schools: Getting Students on Board to Pass Their Bar Exams

Abstract

Law schools now have authority to expand their efforts to increase bar passage rates. The ABA's new Interpretation 302-7 permits law schools to grant academic credit for bar preparation courses. This Article advocates that law schools should provide bar preparation programs to meet their obligation to prepare students for admission to the bar. (272)
