Abstract
This foreword provides a summary and lessons learned from the symposium, entitled Diversity in the Legal Academy After Fisher II. The purpose of the symposium was to take stock of diversity in the legal academy and examine the barriers that impede law schools' efforts to achieve diversity in their student bodies and faculties.
